Placing of skips on the Highway Due to the introduction of the Local Authorities (Transport Charges) Regulations 1998, Lincolnshire County Council has applied a charge if £20 for each permit application from 6th April 2009. Permits within the Lincolnshire County Council area, should be made at least 3 clear working days in advance of the delivery date required. The Pink Skip Co organise this on your behalf.
